Crossmixed By Chance

This mix here came out totally by chance. But I think it is worth it to be blogged. I thought a lot about how I can describe this mix, but up until now I still have no idea. It has something out of chic, classic and a touch of punky (boyfriend stuff inlcuded). But now let me tell you my shopping story, how it came to this mixup:

All started with the white “legging #2″ from Emery. It is one of the latest releases and I bought it together with some other new release. I combined this “first” outfit with the good “old” and well known “SoHo Boots” from Maitreya. This was how Tamsin leads me right away to Laqroki, where I decided to buy a skin, which differs a bit from the skins I am usually wearing. It is called “Imani 08 Nougat Glow Skin”. And it was – how could it be – love at first sight. I guess this are the classic and chic parts of this outfit.

So far so good. This was how I logged out and next day I was bored and started to hop from shop to shop to check them for some missed new stuff. While I checked a well known shop, I decided to walk a little around the sim and ended at FindAsh. With stars at my eyes I stared at the newest hair releases there. “Daybreak Draft” is just wow. I really don’t know what to say about the punky part of this outfit. Just check it out yourself!
Sure enough I also had to step by at Redgrave. Nothing new there for me. But at the male section was something waiting for me since I was there last time. *g* Here we come to the part with the boyfriend stuff…. the “Tee-Layerstyle” shirt in green comes with a paid scarf, the “biker sign” belt and a “white knit”. The belt and the knit are sold seperately as well. Now I had to check how it would look like on my avatar and was deeply impressed how well it fitted together with the rest I was wearing.

That was how I created an outfit by chance, which mixes up different styles. Some of the readers might not be that interested in my story, but I bet some of you know the situation I wrote about. All stuff mentioned is really good quality and as the designers are also all well known, I guess I don’t have to mention that with each piece.
